- **Community Policies & Site Standards**: All lots are full hookup. RVs and campers should be in good working order and the outside appearance kept in good repair; home-made school buses (Skoolies) and RVs are not allowed unless inspected and improved by the management. Reserved site numbers are not guaranteed and may be changed within the same category. Refunds are prohibited for weather conditions, voluntary departure, acts of nature, or evictions. Cancellations must be made at least 14 days in advance for nightly/weekly stays (under 30 nights) and 45 days in advance for monthly stays (30+ nights) to receive a refund; otherwise, deposits are forfeited.
- **Community Amenities & On-Site Facilities**: Breezy Acres features a Community Clubhouse with a full kitchen, television, puzzle-building station, community library, DVD collection, and hosted potluck dinners. It also offers a fully fenced, dedicated dog park called 'Canine Corner', clean shower facilities, individual mailboxes for long-term guests, 24/7 laundry room access, shuffleboard courts, cornhole, horseshoe pits, a community garden, shared gazebo picnic areas, and a bonfire pit.
- **RV Site Rates & Accommodation Options**: Breezy Acres offers flexible short-term and extended-term rates including up to 2 guests per site: Daily Rates at $45/night; Weekly Rates at $235/week; Monthly Back-In Sites at $430/month + electricity (17.5¢ per KWH); Monthly Pull-Thru Sites at $440/month + electricity (17.5¢ per KWH); Long-Term Back-In Sites (6+ months) at $420/month + electricity; and Long-Term Pull-Thru Sites (6+ months) at $440/month + electricity with individual mailbox availability. Secure on-site vehicle/boat storage is available for $50/month, and on-site shed storage is $25/month.
